For the 5-cm-thick worktops, a choice of materials is available, depending on the functional element: solid oiled beech is used for the 70-cm- and 130-cm-wide preparation elements. Stainless steel can also be used for the working elements. The 5-cm-thick stone worktop is used exclusively with the 70-cm-wide preparation elements.
